At Fitness Fidelity PT we understand that every person is on a different journey. You are more than just a client to us, and we understand the process of changing your mindset as well as appearance! We make the process of getting into shape a realistic, affordable, fulfilling and enjoyable one!!

Personal Training is conducted from our Private PT Facilty located in Bibra Lake, South of Perth. This is conveniently located for residents around the area including Fremantle, Coogee, Success, Cockburn, Spearwood, Hammond Park and Atwell. Here you have the comfort of a non intimidating environment and our undivided attention. Unlike a gym, the only people around you are on the same path with their Trainer. Sessions are tailored to your specific goal and your fitness level. We ensure that your time and energy are used as effectively as possible, and results are delivered.

Our Personal Training Services on offer are:

  • One on One Training
  • Two on One Training
  • Small Group Sessions

Personal Training Sessions range between $30 and $80.

Mums and Dads - Don't have anywhere for your little one to go while you train? No problem! We have a kids table with a TV, colouring facilities and some comfy chairs to lounge on. We however do not provide supervision so therefore they only come at your discretion. 

One on One Training

Work directly with a trainer in order to meet your specific goals. Be challenged and supported with no distractions and no sharing – it's all about you.

Two on One Training

Train with a friend who has similar goals to you and share the joy of success and health with them!

Small Group Sessions

Become a part of a supportive group environment by gathering up a team of three for a tailored cost effective option for you all.

Initial Consultation

To begin Personal Training, you must start with an initial consultation. This consultation will include a full meet & greet, goal setting, body analysis & small fitness assessment. This will also give you an opportunity to ask your trainer any questions you may have. We recommend you writing them down before your appointment, incase you forget!
