MEET DYLAN

I grew up in Broome doing every sport possible. Competed as a National Life Saver and a Country Footballer before moving to Perth to become a Personal Trainer and build a career doing something I've always loved.

MY CURRENT GOALS

Continue to build Perth's Biggest and Best Personal Training Facility. Work on building an impressive physique whilst maintaining maximal athletic ability.

FAVOURITE EXERCISE

At the moment my favourite exercise would be Box Jumps. I find they're a great measure of leg power and it creates a great mental challenge when you're constantly trying to improve.

MY INTERESTS

Long romantic strolls down the confectionery isle. All sports particularly Footy or Basketball, either playing or just watching. I'm a bit of a sneakerhead and a hat fiend! Strangely enough I do really enjoy 'working' and training or just relaxing with some mates.

MEET BARBIE 

I was born and raised in Manjimup, playing sport all through my life. This included lower state basketball, netball and gymnastics. Personal Training is my passion and I have competed in fitness comps for the past 6 years. I turned IFBB Pro Bikini in 2013 which has fortunately allowed me to travel/compete and see many parts of the world. Being a sponsored athlete has been one of the many highlights of my life.

MEET LAURA

Born and raised in Perth, growing up my parents pulled me out of Tee-Ball and threw me into a tutu and ballet shoes. I've worked in labs and even the FIFO life for 2 years, yet the most consistant thing in my life for the past 10 years has been the gym, fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. So now my passion is my career! I was born and raised in Auckland, New Zealand before moving over to Perth in 2006.  I am a proud father and husband.  I have a genuine passion to keep active and to help people in any way I can especially with peoples health and fitness.  I started playing rugby league from the age of 7, then I moved on to Muay Thai Kickboxing, During the last 6 years I have focused on building lean muscle and burning off that unwanted body fat.

I grew up in Fremantle with English parents, so it’s been a struggle to cope with the fact that I burn and freckle instead of tan. I’ve travelled a lot the last 5 years whilst I completed my degree of Exercise and Sports Science at Curtin University. I’ve been into my sports from a very young age; mostly racket sports and football (real football, not AFL), and in the last few years I’ve become interested with weightlifting and the positive effects resistance training can have on your physiology.

- For me, T-bar rows with a neutral grip. I feel a lot of muscle activation during this exercise and I feel its really helped me develop most of the thickness in my back.

- Dogs. I’m the guy at the party that’s lying on the floor playing with the dog, and I’m proud of that. I enjoy playing video games with friends, the sun melts me so this is a good hobby for me. I also love photography and to travel.
